Guidelines for Clients Regarding COVID-19


We kindly ask that all clients adhere to the following guidelines regarding their visit to Salon Sweet William:

  • Stay at home if you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, have been exposed to someone who has, or have travelled in the past two weeks.


  • Be on-time for your appointment. We are unable to accommodate clients in the waiting area at this time. To avoid waiting times and limit the number of clients in the salon, it is important to be punctual. Lateness may result in loss of appointment.


  • Come alone. As stated above, we must limit the number of people in the salon to ensure proper distancing and cannot accommodate clients in the waiting area. If someone is meeting you or picking you up, we ask that they wait outside.


  • Wear a mask. Masks are required for all clients and staff. Disposable masks are recommended, especially if receiving a colour treatment, as it may be damaged. If you do not have one it will be provided for a small fee.


  • Bring any beverages you may want. We are unable to offer food or drink at this time.


  • Limit personal items. Please bring with you only what is essential. 


  • Sanitize hands upon arrival. 


  • Remain in your stylist’s chair whenever possible.


  • Notify us immediately if you are diagnosed with COVID-19 within two weeks after your visit to Sweet William.


  • For clients who wish to buy product but do not have a hair appointment, please call ahead and your purchase will be prepared for you in advance.


  • We are not currently taking appointments for bang trims or in-person consultations.


*Please note a sanitation surcharge of $5.00 will be added to the cost of each visit.
