We require at least 24 hours' notice for haircut cancellations/rescheduling and 48 hours' notice for coloration services. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in a charge of 50% of the service price. A "No Show" will be charged the full price of the scheduled service. For new clients, we kindly request credit card information to secure bookings. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting our policy to better serve all our clients.
